There are several marketing leaders in Canada, and Ron is one of the greatest, and we had the opportunity to meet with him through George Brown College's strategic relationship marketing program. It was a genuine pleasure for me

to meet someone with such extensive marketing experience, and I learned great Marketing Tactics from him. Who is Ron, one may wonder? He is an imaginative, energetic, and seasoned marketing specialist who assists businesses in meeting challenging revenue-enhancing objectives continuously. Ron has 25 years of experience working for a range of marketing firms. He also revealed his extensive knowledge of a variety of technologies and tools, including Cloud Marketing, Interactive Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, and App Programming. It was a great pleasure for us to hear Ron Hutzul teach us five important marketing lessons in person.
He truly believes that “marketing has evolved that opinions, no longer matter but technology do”. And based on that he focuses on the top five lessons of relationship marketing and the following are the details.
Marketing Has Evolved
Opinions Don’t Matter
But Technology Does
You’re in Sales
The first lesson was all about how marketing is evolved. In past days marketing was the word of mouth where one person shares their thoughts and views about the product verbally and the work get along and companies got benefits from them. He believed that marketing is all about the relationships among people. However, there are certain restrictions to this. He explained that the initial stage of marketing assessment was to focus on the items, with little emphasis on creating connections, before progressing to a selling approach, when brands begin to grow and compete with one another for comparable products. Another point he made at the session was the difference between marketing and sales, which is defined as knowing your consumer and exploiting their requirements, wants, and desires. Furthermore, he argues that today's clients are more competitive than ever before, and they want their demands to be met. They also felt that the corporation might use social networks and other channels to obtain all their data about individuals and that you would reach out to them and their requirements.
The second lesson is Opinions do not matter. “With the advent of technology, those days are gone your opinion, I like this, I think this will work doesn't matter anymore, we can leverage data” (Ron Hutzul). As a marketer, we may collect data, evaluate it, and make it useful, but having views that aren't founded on data is no longer relevant. He believes in making mistakes along the way. Being incorrect isn't always a negative thing; sometimes a good conversation and a split vote led to a good conclusion, and sometimes it causes us to cease taking the wrong acts.
The third lesson is that technology is important. Marketing is a technology-based examination. Technology is important in marketing; nowadays, marketers have adequate technology and tools to raise customer awareness, allowing them to expand and test until the data can acquire. Take, for example, artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR), which are applied in practically every industry to deliver a positive consumer experience.
The fourth lesson is You are in sales so one needs are considered their every experience of sales as a subject. The definition of sales is to identify someone who needs to buy something or whose life would be improved by participating in a transactional relationship with you. The goal of a marketer is to help firms locate clients who need their product. Finally, marketing and sales are two sides of the same coin that are quite complementary.
The last lesson is to pay it forward. As per Ron, becoming an 'Anteambulo,' or someone who clears the way for others is the key to success in this industry. The main purpose of this lesson is to make others' lives easier by supporting people in need without hesitation or expectation, as well as asking for help when you need it. because there are two significant benefits to assisting by serving these folks, we get a lot of information and insight, and you may have access to the information, insights, and perspectives that many others don't. This turns into a career centered on supporting others in being successful over time. Several of the highest-profile and most accomplished people do everything in their way to secure the prosperity of others.
Ron gave a wonderful presentation and learning these concepts of relationship marketing from him was a brilliant experience.
